I have been to cities that never close down, but it aint this one...

Surprise, Surprise...Here I am up in the mountains, in the middle of the bush of Eudlo...mostly recuperating and re-energising with an old friend of mine....

Old as in 'I've known her since I was seven' not old as in 'age or years', she's practically a youthful, childlike sprite (being the same age as me ;))

I promise once again that I'll put photos in my next blog because the view from her house is just incredible, so for the moment you'll just have to picture mountains, bush and amazing sunrises and settings.  I would love for friends to see this place so they could appreciate the remoteness of it.  Experience how beautiful it is to see the lights of the coastline city from afar and to look up and see a million stars in the sky, smell the trees and the be surrounded by the sounds of silence that only exist in true nature.....yeah yeah I'll go hug a tree now.

I arrived here on a very rainy Tuesday night, the storms here are a sight to behold (they are torrential proper lightening and crashing of thunder) and was just so glad that it decided to come down after my plane landed.

So what have I been doing I hear you ask? (I know that's not you just the voices in my head...ahhh the sweet sweet voices)Well mostly dosing up on herbal remedies (no not the illegal kind) to finally shake off this cough/cold thing I have been carrying around.  I owe a lot to cayenne pepper I tell you, oh and Paula x ;)Reading, eating and drawing designs for jewellery ideas.  How positively bohemian..to complete this tomorrow I will be off to the ...

.... Eumundi Markets to have a looksy, and yes I will take my camera so you 'outsiders' can see what a good Aussie market looks like....Next week it'll be off down to the bright lights of Brisvegas to catch up with friends and family.
