Quick and short....

So I was going to put up my first picture but....due to technical difficulties you'll just have to endure my words again :) 

So sitting at Heathrow waiting at my gate...completely freaking out and have learnt a valuble lesson.

1. Don't drink a double espresso after three hours sleep it won't wake you up it'll just result in you freaking out as your heart races a million miles an hours

2. Mantras do work but becareful your lips aren't moving while you say over and over again in your head...."just focus on New York, don't think about the rest of this all encompassing trip" over and over again. (cause people sitting next to you will think you're nuts)

3. Never ever wear white sports socks with black dress shoes...that's got nothing to do with me, I just noticed the guy sitting near me and thought woh fashion faux pas or what???
